Rafael Del Pino y Calvo-Sotelo is a Spanish entrepreneur who has a net worth of $1.7 billion. The second oldest of five siblings (Maria, Joaquin, Leopoldo and Fernando), Rafael is one of the successors of his late father’s company, Ferrovial, S.A. Rafael’s billionaire father, Rafael del Pino y Moreno, founded the firm in 1952 as a railroad construction company, which has eventually turned into Spain’s biggest infrastructure construction and management company.

In 2000, Rafael took over the governance from their father, thus becoming in charge of the company involved in the design, construction, financing, and operation of transport infrastructure.
