Bob Blumer is an American television personality, cook book author, and illustrator who has a net worth of $3 million dollars. Bob Blumer was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada in 1962. He graduated from the HBA program at the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in 1981. Blumer was a business manager for Canadian singer-songwriter Jane Siberry from 1984 to 1993. He has authored four cookbooks and has hosted the Food Network shows The Surreal Gourmet, Glutton for Punishment, and World’s Weirdest Restaurants. He broke the Guinness World Record in 2008 while filming Glutton for Punishment, by flipping 559 pancakes in one hour. In 2010 he broke the record for making the largest bowl of salsa, weighing 2,672 pounds. In 2010 he also broke the record for most pizzas made in an hour with 168. He also set world records for removing individual grains of rice from a bowl with chopsticks, and fastest time for peeling 50 pounds of onions. Blumer is an Ambassador to Second Harvest in Toronto. He has won a Leo Award, Galaxi Award, two Gemini Awards, two Gourmand World Cookbook Awards, an International Galaxy, and a Prism Award.
