Aaron Smith is a former American professional footballer with an estimated net worth of $12 million. He was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado, in the year 1976, Aaron Smith played his college football in the University of Northern Colorado. After a successful college career and a successful professional career, Smith was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers selected Smith with the 109th pick in the 4th round in the 1999 NFL Draft. Smith made his rookie debut in the following year and played in every game between 2000 and 2006 for the team. In 2007 Smith signed a new contract worth $25 million with Pittsburgh. Smith played in every game of his career for the Steelers until his retirement at the close in the season of 2011. Smith finished his career with 453 defensive tackles and 44 sacks, and one interception. He is regarded as one of the best defense ends of Steelers history.
