Cheers won two Emmys and two Golden Globes and Long was nominated for Emmy and Golden Globes in 1992 and 1993. Long created the TV series George & Leo which he also wrote and executive produced. He co-executive produced the TV series Big Wave Dave’s in 1993. Since 2012 Rob Long has been the creator, executive producer and a writer for the television series Sullivan & Son. Along with Peter Robinson he launched the website Ricochet. Long has also been a guest panelist for the TV series Red Eye since 2010. He wrote the books Conversations with My Agent in 1998 and Set Up, Joke, Set Up, Joke in 2005.
