Yuriy Kosiuk is a Ukrainian business magnate who has a net worth of $1.6 billion. Yuriy Kosiuk is best known for his premium chicken brand Nasha Riaba. Yuriy Kosiuk is the head of Ukraine’s largest agricultural holding, OJSC Myronivsky Hliboproduct (MHP). Even though he made his beginnings as a broker on commodities exchange early in the 1990s, he soon switched to importing furniture and Turkmenistan gas.
After he graduated in food process engineering from Kiev Food Industry Institute in 1992, he began trading grains in the Soviet Union, which eventually made him indulge in the production of poultry in 1998, with the foundation of MHP. Ten years later, he took MHP public and he saw its stock price going up 34% over 2012.
