Terry Funk is an American professional wrestler and actor who has a net worth of $1 million dollars. Born Terrence Funk in 1944 in Hammond, Indiana, Terry Funk made wrestling his career in the mid-’60s. Along with his brother, Dory Jr., he quickly rose to fame through the wrestling ranks and won the NWA World Heavyweight Championship within a decade of his debut.

He protected his title for more than a year. In 1985, he made his WWF debut before returning to the NWA four years later. He has since wrestled with the AWA, WWE, WCW, ECW, ROH, and TNA. He is a three-time World Champion, winning once with the NWA and twice with the ECW. Funk, who wrestled under a variety of nicknames, including Chainsaw Charlie, Dr. Know It All, and The Texan, has been inducted in a handful of Halls of Fame. He belongs to the WWE Hall of Fame, the Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame, the NWA Hall of Fame, and the St. Louis Wrestling Hall of Fame, among others. The 1999 documentary “Beyond the Mat” features Funk’s career in the ring. He’s made several movie appearances, with parts in “Over the Top”, “The Ringer”, and “Road House”. His autobiography, “Terry Funk: More Than Just Hardcore”, published in 2005. He released his debut soft rock album, “Great Texan”, in 1984, which became popular among his wrestling fans.
