Tamara Gustavson is an American businesswoman who has a net worth of $5.5 billion. Born Tamara Hughes Gustavson in 1961, she is the daughter of B. Wayne Hughes, a self-storage mogul who is the main shareholder of Public Storage.
Her father started the company with only one storage locker in 1972, and now, the company has become America’s largest chain of storage facilities, with more than 2,200 locations in Europe and the U.S. A graduate of University of Southern California, Gustavson sits on the Board of Public Storage, together with her brother, B.
