Simon Halabi is a Syrian British businessman and property developer who has a net worth of $50 million. Simon Halabi was born in Syria in August 1958. His father was a successful businessman and helped Simon get into his early ventures. He reportedly has a large collection of luxury cars including multiple Rolls Royce Phantoms and Bentleys in addition to a 130 foot yacht.

He began having many business problems and was forced to sell or give up many of his ventures. His group of property companies defaulted on $1.9 billion worth of bonds in 2009 and many of his companies liquidated their assets. Simon Halabi declared bankruptcy in the High Court in London in 2010. He was convicted of violent rape in 1998 under another name.
