Ruben Sierra is a former Puerto Rican professional football player who has a net worth of $20 million. Born in 1965 in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, Ruben Sierra made his Major League Baseball debut on June 1, 1986 for the Texas Rangers. He played with the Rangers until 1992 before embarking on his 20-year career as a journeyman.

Sierra went on to play with the Oakland Athletics from 1992 until 1995, the New York Yankees from 1995 until 1996, the Detroit Tigers in 1996, the Cincinnati Reds in 1997, the Toronto Blue Jays in 1997, the Chicago White Sox in 1998, the Texas Rangers from 2000 until 2001, the Seattle Mariners in 2002, the Texas Rangers in 2003, the New York Yankees from 2003 until 2005, and, finally, the Minnesota Twins in 2006. He last played for the Twins on July 9, 2006. Sierra finished his pro playing career with a .268 batting average to go along with more than 300 home runs and 1,322 runs batted in. Sierra is a four-time MLB All-Star (1989, 1991, 1992, 1994), and won the Silver Slugger Award in 1989, the same year he led the American League in runs batted in. In 2001, he was honored as the American League Comeback Player of the Year. Sierra was inducted into the Texas Rangers Hall of Fame.
