Michel Leclercq is a French billionaire who has a net worth of $3.2 billion, a fortune that he shares with his family. Mr. Leclerrcq joined the billionaires’ ranks this year thanks to the last year’s strong performance of one of the world’s largest retailers today.
It was back in 1976 the he established his business as a small sporting goods store called Decathlon. Since 2008, the company bears the name Oxylane and to date has earned a place among the world’s largest athletic retailers, with more than 700 outlets and 55,000 employees.
