Vito has won Winter XD Games Europe Gold Medals in Superpipe in 2011 and 2013. He also won a Silver in 2012 and Bronze in 2010. He won a Bronze in Superpipe in 2011 and Silver in 2014 at the Winter X Games. Vito won Gold medals at the Winter Dew Tour for Superpipe in 2010, 2011, and 2012, and for Overall in 2011 and 2012. He has won U.S. Snowboarding Grand Prix Gold medals for Superpipe in 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2012 and for Overall in 2008, 2009, 2011, and 2012. He has also won Gold medals at the 2005 Burton Global Open Series, 2008 Jeep King of the Mountain Tour, and 2006 Garnier Fructis Pro Challenge. He represented the United States at the 21st Olympic Games in Vancouver. Vito also competed on the reality television series Dancing With the Stars.
