Liu Zaiwang is a Chinese entrepreneur who has a net worth of $930 million. A newcomer to billionaire rankings, Liu Zaiwang is a cofounder and chairman of Jangho Curtain Wall, a fast-rising designer and manufacturer of building exteriors. The company has seen an enormous expansion and has also worked on the designs of some of China’s boldest skyscrapers.
In the first nine months of 2012, the company’s revenue surged by 47% to $913 million, while its net profit soared by 61% to $49 million. The above mentioned advances made Janho’s shares go up by more than a half. The most recent acquisitions of Jangho Curtain Wall include the purchase of unlisted Gangyuan Architectural Decoration, one of the top ten decoration companies in China.
