Lee Amaitis is an American businessman and philanthropist who has a net worth of $600 million. Lee Amaitis was born in Brooklyn, New York City, New York in December 1949. He served as the chairman and chief executive officer for BGC Partners in London. Amaitis is also the founder, chief executive officer, and president of the gambling subsidiary CG Technology.
He dropped out of high school and started a career as a horse trainer. Amaitis worked for Cowne & Co. and was Senior managing director of Cowen Government Brokers.
