Ian Dickson is an English Australian television, music, and radio personality and a former record company executive who has a net worth of $10 million. Ian Dickson was born in Birmingham, West Midlands, England in March 1963. He is best known for being a judge on the reality TV series Australian Idol and The Next Great American Band.

He is also known for being part of the breakfast show Dicko & Dave with Dave O’Neill on Classic Rock FM. He first took a job at Creation Records and managed bands such as The Jesus and Mary Chain, Primal Scream, Oasis, and My Bloody Valentine. Dickson joined Sony Music UK in 1989 and managed the likes of LL Cool J, Public Enemy, and Michael Bolton. He moved to Epic Records in 1990 and worked with Pearl Jam, Living Colour, Celine Dion, and Ozzy Osbourne. He also worked at A&M Records UK and Sony BMG Australia. In 2012 he competed in the reality series Celebrity Apprentice AU and won the competition. In 2015 it was announced that he would be a new judge for the series Australia’s Got Talent. Dickson was also the host and writer for the TV series Can of Worms.
