Ian (49) and Richard (47) are brother’s duo who founded London & Regional Properties (L&R), one of the most successful Britain’s property trading companies. Ian, a former optometrist, and his younger brother Richard, a chartered surveyor, started their mutual career path by opening optical stores.

In 1992, the Livingstone brothers gained the David Clulow optical chain stores, which they sold in 2011, and made a bulk of fortune.
