Born in China to citizens of Belize, Huang Maoru, is that country’s richest citizen, though he is based in Shenzhen, China. He founded Maoye International, the most popular department store in Shenzhen, as well as in surrounding areas, such as Sichuan, Chongqing, and Jiangsu.
