Henry Swieca is an American businessman and entrepreneur who has a net worth of $1.9 billion. Henry Swieca was born in Washington Heights, Manhattan, New York. He is the co-founder and former Chief Investment Officer of Highbridge Capital Management. Swieca is also the founder of Talpion Fund Management.

He graduated from Stony Brook University and got his MBA from Columbia Business School. He first worked at Merrill Lynch and was a founding trader on the New York Futures Exchange. Swieca became an institutional investment advisor for Dillon Reed before he and childhood friend Glenn Dubin formed the Dubin and Swieca Group at E.F. Hutton in 1984. He started Highbridge Capital Management with Dubin in 1992 and the pair sold 55% of their company to JP Morgan Chase in 2004 before selling the remainder in 2009 for a reported $1.3 billion. His currently company Talpion Fund Management invests in direct fixed income investing and in a hedge fund like structure. Swieca is married to Israeli-American Estee Tobaly. They have four children.
