Guy Fisher is an American convicted racketeer and businessman who has a net worth of $10 thousand. Guy Fisher was born in 1947. He was part of The Council which was a notorious African-American crime organization. The group controlled the heroin trade in Harlem, New York between 1972 and 1983.

Fisher owned and operated the Apollo Theater in Harlem and became the first black man to do so. He was convicted in 1984 of multiple counts of RICO violations which included drug trafficking, murder, and continuing criminal conspiracy. Fisher was sentence to life in prison without the possibility of parole. The prosecutor in Fisher’s case was Rudolph Giuliani who later became the mayor of New York City. Fisher is serving his life sentence at the United States Penitentiary in Tucson, Arizona. He earned his PhD in Sociology while in prison. Fisher was the subject of the documentary The Guy Fisher Story as well as an episode of the BET television series American Gangster.
