Eric Carr was an American musician who had a net worth equal to $5 million at the time of his death. Eric Carr was born in Brooklyn, New York in July 1950 and passed away in November 1991. He was best known for being the drummer in the band Kiss from 1980 to 1991.

He replaced Peter Criss in the band. Carr played on the Kiss albums Music from “The Elder” in 1981, Killers in1 982, Creatures of the Night in 1982, Lick It Up in 1983, Animalize in 1984, Asylum in 1985, Crazy Nights in 1987, Chikara in 1988, Smashes, Thrashes & Hits in 1988, Hot in the Shade in 1989, and Revenge in 1992. He also released the solo albums Rockology in 1999 and Unfinished Business in 2011. Carr played on albums by other artists including Bryan Adams, Wendy O. Williams, and Frehley’s Comet. Eric Carr passed away on November 24, 1991 at 41 years old from a brain hemorrhage on the same day that Freddie Mercury died.
