Chris Metzen is an American game designer, artist, voice actor and author who has a net worth of $10 million. Now the Senior Vice President of Story and Franchise Development at Blizzard Entertainment, he has so far participated in many of the company’s projects. Born Christopher Vincent Metzen on November 22, 1973, he landed a job at Blizzard Entertainment shortly after he chose art and animation as his profession. Initially hired as an animator, Metzen’s first task for the company was working on the video game Justice League Task Force. As the years passed, he started to work on bigger projects and eventually became known for creating the fictional universes and scripts for three major accolade-fetching Blizzard Entertainment’s media franchises: Warcraft, Diablo and StarCraft. Apart from Blizzard, Metzen was the one to author the graphic novel series based on a futuristic second American civil war. Also, he co-authored the “digital-only” series turned Trade Paperback release, “Transformers: Autocracy” together with two other people, author Flint Dille and artist Livio Ramondelli. Currently, the trio is working on the follow-up series, “Transformers: Monstrosity”.
