Chen Lip Keong is a Malaysian billionaire who has a net worth of $1 billion. Chen Lip Keong is the founder of gaming company NagaCorp, which holds a gambling monopoly in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He is also the man who controls more than half of NagaWorld complex (listed in Hong Kong in 2006), which is currently the largest casino in Cambodia with a $370 million project, adding a glass-enclosed city walk and tourist garden.
