Cayetana Fitz-James Stuart is the 18th Duchess of Alba de Tormes, Grandee of Spain who has a net worth of $4.9 billion. Born at Liria Palace on 28 March 1926, as the first and only child of the 17th Duke of Alba, Cayetana Fitz-James Stuart is the current head of the House of Alba and the third woman to carry the title in her own right.
Apart from enjoying the titles and riches, she has been a tabloid fixture in Spain for decades. It all started when the Duches decided to spent some time dating a variety of eligible male matadors and flamenco dancers after the death of her first husband Luis Martinez de Irujo in 1972.
