Carlos Alberto Sicupira is a Brazilian businessman who has a net worth of $10.2 billion. Sicupira is one of the trio who shares control of the world’s largest beer company Anheuser-Busch InBev. Along with his two former investment banking partners and fellow billionaires Jorge Paulo Lemann and Marcel Telles, Carlos is also a founder of 3G Capital, an investment company best known for the acquisition of Burger King, one of the leading consumer brands in the world.

It was in 2004, when Sicupira, Lemann and Telles merged the Brazilian beermaker, Ambev, with Interbrew of Belgium to form Inbev. While in November 2010, Inbev acquired Anheuser-Busch for $52 billion. In addition to the above, the Brazilian trio controls listed Brazilian retailer Lojas Americanas. Prior to becoming a billionaire, Carlos worked as an investment banker in Brazil. According to Forbes, he is #196 among world’s billionaires and #5 among the wealthiest in Brazil. Sicupira is married with three children.
