Brent Grimes is an American professional football player who has a net worth of $8 million. Brent Grimes was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in July 1983. He is a cornerback who played at Philadelphia Northwest High School and Shippensburg University. He was a Division II All-American in 2003, 2004, and 2005.
Grimes went undrafted in 2006 but signed with the NFL’s Atlanta Falcons. In 2007 he played for the Hamburg Sea Devils in Europe. Grimes played for the Atlanta Falcons from 2007 to 2012 and signed with the Miami Dolphins in 2013. In 2007 he won a World Bowl championship and in 2011 Grimes was named NFL Alumni Defensive Back of the Year. He was named the Miami Dolphins MVP in 2013 and is a two time NFC Defensive Player of the Week. Grimes made the Pro Bowl in 2010, 2013, and 2014 and was a Second-team All-Pro in 2014. In 2015 he was ranked #38 in the Top 100 Players of the NFL. In 2014 Grimes signed a four year deal worth $32 million with the Dolphins.
