Bart Starr was an American retired professional football player who had a net worth of $4 million at the time of his death in 2019. Bart Starr was born in Montgomery, Alabama in January 1934. He was a quarterback who played for Montgomery Sidney Lanier High School and the University of Alabama.

Starr was drafted #200 overall in the 1956 NFL Draft by the Green Bay Packers. He spent his entire playing career with the Packers from 1956 to 1971. Starr led his team to win the first two Super Bowls ever and was also Super Bowl MVP on Super Bowls I and II. He also won the NFL Championship in 1961, 1962, 1965, 1966, and 1967 and was a three-time Pro Bowl selection. Starr was named the NFL Most Valuable Player in 1966 and led the league in passer rating five times. He was named to the NFL 1960s All-Decade Team. Starr had his #15 retired by the Green Bay Packers. He is a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame and the Packers Hall of Fame. Bart Starr died on May 26, 2019 at the age of 85.
