Caldwell is the younger brother of Reche Caldwell, the former NFL and University of Florida player. Andre Caldwell played college football under Ron Zook and Urban Meyer at the University of Florida from 2003 to 2007. During his time as a Gator, Andre Caldwell was instrumental in the Gators’ 30-28 victory over Arkansas in the 2006 SEC Championship game, as well as in Florida’s 2006 BCS National Championship. Andre Caldwell had 185 receptions in his college career, setting a University of Florida record. Andre Caldwell was selected with the 97th overall pick in the third round of the 2008 NFL Draft by the Cincinnati Bengals. Caldwell played for the Bengals for four seasons from 2008-2001. Andre Caldwell signed a two-year deal with the Denver Broncos in the spring of 2012.
