Alexandre Grendene Bartelle is a Brazilian businessman and entrepreneur who has a net worth of $2.5 billion. Alexandre Grendene Bartelle made his money selling shoes as the co-founder of the world’s largest sandal manufacturer Grendene. Alexandre founded the company with his twin brother Pedro Grendene Bartelle and have made it into Brazil’s leading shoe exporting company.
Alexandre stepped down as the CEO in 2013 but he remains Chairman. He also owns a stake in Brazil’s third largest shoe manufacturer Beira Rio.
